Assistant Producer/Operations Associate (Full time/Part time)

Job Description

  • Assist producers in strategic planning, managing and scheduling for current and upcoming game titles.
  • Assist producers in overall game support, daily operations and marketing.
  • Ensure high-quality online and offline assistance and customer support.
  • Plan, execute and support in-game events and other game content.
  • Perform Game Master duties including in-game monitoring.
  • Review and update forums and blogs.
  • Proof read in-game scripts.
  • Confirm and handle customer billing issues
  • Quality assurance duties (quality test of game system) when necessary.
  • Fluency in other languages such as Japanese, Korean or Mandarin is a plus, but not required.

*May have additional translation tasks.

Requirements and experiences

  • 1+ years experience in the online PC game industry.
  • 1+ years experience as a Game Master position.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge about Microsoft Windows.
  • Proven ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks
  • Flexibility to work alternate shifts and weekends as needed

Network Engineer (Full time)

Job Description

  • Responsible for online game related server management/development
  • Installing and setting up servers and operation systems.
  • Network systems deployment and provisioning at data center and collocation facilities.
  • Develop and design highly integrated, secure, flexible and fault-tolerant networking systems.
  • Perform server settings and maintenance
  • Server monitoring and trouble shooting.
  • Monitor and implementing solutions to enhance network performance.
  • Create, optimize, monitor and maintain network security.
  • Hardware/Software server support and maintenance.
  • Support corporate network systems (PC/Server set-ups, trouble shooting)
  • Update server software.
  • Other network related tasks

Requirements and experiences

  • 2+ years work experience as network engineer
  • Expert knowledge in firewall security
  • Windows, Unix server setting/maintenance knowledge and experience

Web Developer/Programmer (Full time)

Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining web sites for online games, portal and community sites.
  • Review, analyze and modify programming related systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring and maintaining programs specified for game titles.
  • Work in several programming languages including, SQL, PHP, ASP, Java, C#, C++
  • Work with a variety of Database systems and frameworks.
  • Work on projects including web-based applications, website enhancements, desktop applications, database-backed websites and automation of web administration processes.
  • Develop and maintain SQL servers and game websites.
  • Front end and back end programming.
  • Building websites using C#, JavaScript and other necessary scripts.
  • Developing and maintaining web forum sites.
  • Integrating systems using internal and third party systems.

Job Description

  • Web Design, development and maintenance of corporate web sites and Teaser sites, and individual game web sites using FLASH, HTML, and Java, other necessary programs.
  • Develop and maintain materials such as banner advertisements, rich media, print materials for promotional purposes.
  • Illustration and creation of banner and advertisement pages.
  • Illustration and creation of advertisement on paper magazine and of flyers.
  • Develop technical and creative solutions through research and experimentation.

  • Expert knowledge and skills using Photoshop, illustrator, flash and Dreamweaver.
